As far as I know book 2 will be out sometime in Fall 2025.
This book was amazing in being based in a very cool but slightly familiar sort of magical world. It has it’s own little bits that make it unique and wonderful.
The main character is very relatable to me personally. I love the snipiness and attitude. It isn’t overplayed. You can really tell she’s just tired of everyone’s crap. And a lot of days I feel the same way. Haha!
I love the unique planet and cycles. I love the unique dragons that fit into this world. It’s a series I wasn’t sure I wanted to even let myself fall into wanting to be a part of, but even beyond popular series like Fourth Wing, I adore this one so much more.
There’s limited spice/sex scenes but when the story is fully told it makes a lot of sense. At first it was very weird and confusing given the relationships between individuals but for the sake of following the story it does get explained and it’s even easy to work out on your own.
I like more adventure in story than spice, so this one felt acceptable and it did tell a very good tale that has be interested to continue into the next book.
