____________________________________________________________________
You are NOT authorized to overpaint and make any edits to my work, remove my watermark, claim my work as your own and/or use your commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes. This includes selling and reproducing it for prints, merchandise, and making a profit from it in any way.
As the Artist, I retain the rights to the artwork itself. I have the right to publish the commissioned artwork on any of my social media profiles and/or include it in my portfolios. I may also stream the drawing process on Twitch.
If you'd prefer me to keep your commissioned work entirely private let me know in advance.
I do not accept major changes to the commission request after the invoice has been created and the payment has been made. As the client, it is your responsibility to communicate your wishes in a clear and understandable way. Pay attention, because I will invoice higher fees for excessive changes.I respond to, negotiate, and accept commission requests only by e-mail.
It is your responsibility to send your requests accordingly (A general form is provided in case you aren’t sure what all to send). Full-fledged inquiries sent through social media DMs and any attempt to bargain for a slot or for a lower price will be ignored. My DMs are reserved for quick questions only!
If you have a deadline be sure to mention it up front. I may need to adjust my schedule.

I am an Illustrator, and Graphic Designer. Not a Concept Artist. Be aware of my style and the general work I showcase on my website. If you do not like my style, please keep searching for an artist you ARE looking for.
I personally prefer human/humanoid characters, original characters, and fan art of human/humanoid characters. Only request and provide references of characters/designs you rightfully own, you have the full right to use and commission a drawing of: your original character/design (drawn by you or an artist you commissioned beforehand), an in-game design/character of yours, the rightfully owned character of a friend of yours (gift art etc.) or potential fan art of an existing in-game character, a character from a series, etc.
I REFUSE to draw any kind of offensive content, political/social-oriented content, potentially triggering themes, a request that is out of my style, excessively detailed requests and complex sceneries, furry/anthropomorphic characters and NSFW themes (fetishes, sexual content, violence, gore). Only mild/tasteful nudity is acceptable.
I will NEVER accept requests involving NFTs in any shape or form.
I reserve the full right to decline any request without explanation and for any reason. Should I do so it will only be as a curtesy. I also reserve the right to refund the paid amount if I no longer wish to continue working with you for any reason. Here’s your one chance to present yourself professionally and in a delightful manner.
Time Frames: These vary from piece to piece, but there is always an open line of communication from me when there are unexpected delays. Your time will be quoted upon acceptance of your commission.

You must be willing to provide me with your FULL legal name and address for the invoice I'll be creating. The information is necessary for me to properly and legally account for the income I'll receive.
I do business through PayPal ONLY. You’ll pay the full price up front. Additional fees will be invoiced and paid before you receive your final product.
In some cases I may work for a flat rate, but only when agreed upon or offered by me.
If I'm tasked to solely work from a written description (and inspiration images only; no concrete design/visual reference to follow), an extra +20% will be added to the final price – which will be calculated based on the complexity of the requested design. As previously stated, I am an Illustrator not a Concept Artist. I will be paid for the work should it be necessary.
The price may increase in the case of multiple characters in accordance with the complexity of the request, the character, and their visibility. This is why you will receive a quote before I accept your commission. That being said you may cancel your request during this time for FREE. You will not be charged. Any draft sketches made are also free of charge for the sole purpose of giving an example of what your piece will look like.
Revision requests may only be made without an additional fee during the Sketching Phase. After that I will charge an additional 3% per specific change request.
If you decide to cancel your commission request for any reason after you’ve accepted the quoted price, you are subject to a “Kill Fee.” I'll keep 30% of the paid price if the request is cancelled in the coloring stage, and 60% after the rendering process has begun. Should you need to cancel I highly suggest you do it asap.
NO refunds shall be issued after the commissioned artwork has been finished and delivered.
