New Vehicle!
2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon
What I was looking for: Jeep Wrangler with a hard top, 4 wheel drive, and automatic transmission.
What it came with: Everything I wanted, plus…Wench, Industrial Jack, Roll Cage, automatic lights, CD player, and it’s comfortable as hell to drive.
After taking her to the mountains and getting the first round of stickers put on I can definitely say I LOVE HER.
There will be more to come and I’ll add additional updates to this page as she gets her decorations. Check back occasionally.
As for the trip…
She handles nicely on both windy paved roads, but also very well on dirt. The roads leading to our cabin are extremely treacherous due to snow melts. It creates holes in the road and large crevaces’ where most vehicles could potentially get stuck.
It’s highly maneuverable on these roads and allows me to traverse these areas with marginable differences. Eventually I’ll get a few photos up as examples.
Anyways, she’s a dream. I am so much more confident about being able to get to where I need to be. I hope she stays with me as long as I’ve had my old Saturn.
